The Madrigal Choir Presents: "Love, Longing and Lechery: Renaissance Madrigals for Valentine's"
We are the "Madrigal Choir" after all, so why not celebrate our origins with a performance of our namesake musical genre in full period costume celebrating that special holiday dedicated to "love." The road to love, however, can be a bumpy one, and we will take a playful look at both sides of love as portrayed in those delightful little songs of the sixteenth and seventeenth century.
