The Sonoma County Growers Alliance is hosting a 1 hour workshop: Introduction to Securities and Raising Capital. As a cannabis entrepreneur, you'll face many challenges. But one of the most substantial is raising capital for your business.
The workshop will provide an introduction to raising funds for cannabis businesses from investors. It will provide attendees with the basics to understand what securities are, types of securities offerings, and the steps involved in selling securities properly.
