Ableton Live 9 - 101
Description: This is an introductory course where you learn the music production process to successfully write, record, edit, mix and produce your own music from start to finish in Ableton Live 9.
The course is broken down into two (6 hour) lecture days and two (2 hour) workshop days where you will be able to have your questions answered, work on projects, receive feedback and share with the class.
You will receive quick key charts, reference materials, term sheets and a production template. ______________________________________________________________________________________

Day 1: Learn the Live interface and leave being able to create original music and beats using Lives instruments, devices, audio loops and samples.
Part 1: Session View, MIDI and Creation Phase (3 Hours)

Day 3: Perform your song into the arrangement. Learn how to refine your song through mixing, automation, sound design, editing and finally mastering.
