All customers shall receive a full refund on the tickets they purchased. Those customers who purchased their tickets online shall start receiving refunds immediately. Customers who purchased their tickets at Ticket Outlets shall receive your refund at the Ticket Outlets. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
