For our June 19 meeting, our host is The Seattle Aquarium. The Aquarium is a complete green venue, from its behind the scenes technology, sustainable practices and through the menus it produces. The Aquarium will show us how putting the environment first can drive sales and create fabulous experiences for our clients.

Aquarium presentation by Rose VanOmmen and Tyler Urbigkit on how they use their Mission Statement to drive sales
Eddie Redman of Grand Event Rentals will share how his business is green behind the scenes, along with his passion for the environment

Passed Hors D'oeuvres:
Chorizo Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Bacon
Paella Popper
Apples to Apples: Fromage Blanc, Pickled Braeburn, Anna's Honey

Salad Course
Shaved asparagus, fennel, Red Alder cheese, spring herbs, preserved lemon vinaigrette.
Entrée Course
Seared king salmon, warm salad of brioche, pea vines, shell peas, wild mushrooms. Beet vinaigrette.
Dessert
Rhubarb financier, strawberry-mint relish, whipped crème fraiche.

Signature Cocktail
Glass Mango
Crater Lake Vodka, Fresh Mango Juice, Fresh Lemon Juice
Served in a martini glass, topped with Champagne
