I love sharing the power of sound healing and have happy clients form the private and corporate sectors.
As predicted sound healing is proving to be the 'the medicine of the future' - ever relevant in today's digitally stressed out era.
I lead a guided meditation and play a magical range of instruments - 32" Gong, a crystal pyramid that I play for each person, gentle chimes, and a rain stick.
In this beautiful journey the sound waves deepen your brain wave state to Theta,even Delta (easier than in classic meditation) body systems slow down so that healing can occur.
It is received ideally lying down on yoga mats. There are some available. Bring one if you have one so you can double up. Bring anything to be comfy, warm clothes, a snuggle blanket, eye mask etc
Come hydrated, I advise avoiding alcohol pre and event.
