Nordic New Years Fest 2018

Music and dancing throughout the Club from 8 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.

Mother and daughter team Anna and Amelia Rasmussen, straight from Sweden, prepare an elegant meal. The Rasmussen's received their chef training from Rönnowska Restaurant School in Helsingborg. The dinner includes party favors, a glass of champagne and a fantastic view of the fireworks.

Skandia Kapell will be playing music to a cool Nordic beat that'll be sure to warm your heart and feet. The Spyrographs is on a mission to make a great party. They always get the room moving with their pop dance hits from the 1960s PLUS a wide range of ABBA, ABBA, ABBA!

In between, DJ Marvelette will be spinning lots of super funky disco to keep everyone in the groove. Upstairs, we get classy with a full set of amazing tunes made famous by Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass as performed by RCB (The Rat City Brass). You have to love those fantastic horns!

Rökt lax med parmesan ost och svartpepparcreme, serveras med hemlagad knäckebröd
(Smoked salmon with black pepper cream and Parmesan cheese, served with homemade knäckebröd)

Grönsallad med hallon och valnötvinaigrette och svenskt bröd
(Green salad with raspberry-walnut vinaigrette and Swedish bread)

Huvudrätt
Oxfile med rödvinssås, västerbotten potatisbakelse och grönsaker
(Filet of beef with red wine sauce, potato tart with Västerbotten cheese and tender vegetables)

Efterrätt
Panna cotta med marinerade bär och chocklad
(Panna cotta with marinated berries and chocolate)

Vegetarian option includes everything except the salmon and beef, plus a generous serving of potato tart.
