Quentin E. Baxter presents CECILE MCLORIN SALVANT & SULLIVAN FORTNER
Multi GRAMMY-nominated musician, producer and world-renowned drummer Quentin E. Baxter presents another amazing three-concert series at the Legends Room Turtle Point Clubhouse on Kiawah Island. Each individual concert is $25 general admission and starts at 5:30pm.
The second concert of the series will feature an amazing vocal-piano duo with vocalist Cécile McLorin Salvant and pianist Sullivan Fortner.
Ever since the earliest days of jazz music, the pairing of piano and voice has frequently attained a deeply personal level of communication. Its evident in the distinct chemistry between two rising stars of their instruments: pianist Sullivan Fortner and singer Cécile McLorin Salvant. - npr
