A nostalgic story about a summer camp romance and a boy's journey to find the girl again, only to learn she doesn't share his idillic memory of their encounter.
Set in the splendor of the Cascade Mountain foothills in and around Enumclaw, Washington (nicknamed The 'Claw), Writer-Director Rocky Hessler explores spirituality, class, and coming-of-age beneath stifling parental expectations.
Filmed in two weeks and produced for only $25,000, The Claw is a triumph of filmic beauty and grit, befitting its namesake.
Ticket sales will fund the many stellar independent musicians who contributed to the project.
