2018/2019 Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour
The Film Festival is now SOLD OUT! But we may have some additional tickets available 2 weeks before the event, so contact Maureen 518-708-0096 to be put on a wait list. Last year, we were able to get tickets to many people on the wait list.
We hope you can join us! If you don't want to travel far after the show, consider staying at one of our sponsors, The Queensbury Hotel. They are offering a special $89 rate if you mention the Banff Film Festival.
All tickets are "will call" which means that once you buy your ticket it will be waiting for you at a table in the lobby of the Theater on the night of the event.
Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour is coming to SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury, NY on Monday Feb. 18, 2019 and Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019 at 7pm! Each night will be different films, so come for both nights if you can!
Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival is the largest, and one of the most prestigious, mountain festivals in the world. Queensbury is once again one of the stops planned in about 550 communities and more than 40 countries across the globe, this years tour features a collection of the most inspiring action, environmental, and adventure films from the festival.
Traveling to exotic landscapes and remote cultures, and bringing audiences up-close and personal with adrenaline-packed action sports, the 2018/2019 World Tour is an exhilarating and provocative exploration of the mountain world.
From approximately 400 films entered into the annual festival, award-winning films and audience favorites are among the films chosen to travel the globe.
