Do people say you make the world's best brisket? Prove it! Bring your brisket or just your appetite to BrisketPalooza! Cooks will be judged by professionals, plus "Chicago Style" voting! All cooks are free to enter and must be TBE Members. Rules & regulations will be emailed to you.
Tasters (open to the community) will enjoy food, fun, prizes and a special concert by Noah Aronson at 8:30 pm. Special ticket price of $15 is available for those who want to attend the concert and dessert only.
**Online ticket sales end at 5:00 pm on December 1. Tickets will be available at the door (same prices) with CASH OR CHECK ONLY**
