The Hound Dogs Family Band at the Beach Klub
The Hound Dogs Family Band is a super group for the great state of North Carolina. The music is inescapably, and irresistibly, a mishmash of everything from gangsta rap, to gritty country, to 70s funk, to 60s pop, to thrashing punk, to love ballads from the 1920s. They have even been known to cover classical scores such as Ravel's Bolero, and have even staged mini operas in the midst of their most rambunctious performances. Locals claim they were all bitten by the same mystical rabid hound which drove them all mad. It's a bizarre spectacle that truly must be seen to be believed.
