WHO: This conference is for coaches and athletic directors seeking to develop their program culture. The content is not sport or gender-specific and will benefit coaches at all levels. Lots of activities and takeaways. The conference from the 2017 conference in Iowa was OUTSTANDING. (email me for a brochure!)

Speakers:
Maureen Monte is a team consultant that builds winning teams. Sh is an expert with the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment and its use in helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. She is the author of Destination Unstoppable: The Journey of No Teammate left behind which tells the story of taking the Cranbrook Varsity Boys Hockey Team from struggling to state champs - in six weeks. She has global experience with corporate and sports teams.
Coach Nate Sanderson built one of the top basketball programs in the state of Iowa at Springville High School. During his tenure at Springville his teams had a record of 112-59 (.665) including 74-7 during his last three seasons. Springville was state runner-up in 2015 and then won back-to-back state titles in 2016 & 2017. Coach Nate is also the Director of Product Development at Breakthrough Basketball. He is currently the varsity girls basketball coach at Linn-Mar High School in Marion, Iowa.
Coach Rodney Scharboneau has coached the Woodhaven varsity girls basketball team to multiple 20 plus win league & district championship seasons over the past 8 years. Coach Scharb's teams are known for being very positive and high energy. He believes that wins (on and off the court) come to those who will put intentional focus on mastering their inner game first. He is the author of Our Spiritual Athletic Journey, which is an impactful quick read for parents, players & coaches that provides seven powerful messages which will help anyone create an amazing athletic experience. Coach Scharb is also a member of the John Maxwell team of certified coaches & trainers.
