"Bach for the Holidays" featuring Anthony Newman, organ, piano
Labeled the "High Priest of Bach," by Wynton Marsalis, internationally acclaimed keyboardist, Anthony Newman, presents an all-Bach holiday concert on piano and organ. Experience America's leading organist, harpsichordist and Bach specialist perform selections from The Well-tempered Clavier and the Italian Concerto on piano and selected organ works, including portions of the Christmas Oratorio and Sinfonia from Cantata 29, accompanied by a trio of acclaimed trumpeters, David Glukh, Max Morel and Sam Jones with timpani. A special holiday afternoon not to be missed!
