Musical Family Ties, an Opus 7 concert
This unique and insightful concert celebrates the rich heritage of choral works by composers from the same family, including Clara and Robert Schumann (wife and husband); Fanny Hensel and Felix Mendelssohn (sister and brother); Gustav and Imogen Holst (father and daughter); Herbert and Lisa Bielawa (also father and daughter); as well as other familial combinations. The concert will also include winners of our annual Student Choral Composition Awards Program.
