An Evening with Terry Riley and New Music Works
From his pioneering work in the 1960s with repetitive structures that came to be known as minimalism, to his ongoing explorations of classical Indian music techniques and concepts, Terry Rileys creative arch straddles 20th and 21st centuries and his accomplishments eclipse categories and continents. On February 2 Terry will perform a piano and voice set, and also oversee preparations of several of his works.
