Workshop 18 - MAIRI CAMPBELL - Lomond Room
IMPROVISATION - Any level
Using simple and easy-to-learn frameworks and incremental steps,
this workshop will introduce any level of player to making music in the moment in a fun and effective group music making environment. As well as being a traditional fiddler, Mairi tutors at conservatoire and community levels, and is an experienced improviser who has continuously developed her practice. With extensive experience of mentors, methods and frameworks she will introduce you to the simple joys of making it up.
