A Springboard to the Sublime- Cambridge
Due to a series of unfortunate events last January, Sarasas concert program of Boccherini and Mozart string sextets had to be postponed. We are pleased to offer this wonderful program in December 2018 with the same line-up of instrumentalists! Led by the interpretive eloquence and technical sparkle of violinist Elizabeth Blumenstock, Sarasa recreates the geniuses of Boccherini and Mozart side by side in rarely heard chamber works, including the unusual sextet version of Mozarts famous Sinfonia concertante, K. 364 in E-flat major, scored originally for violin, viola and orchestra.
