Sunday Afternoon House Concert with Hristo Vitchev and Jasnam Daya Singh
I'm very excited about our next house concert set for Sunday, August 19th at 4pm. We have a fantastic Guitar and Piano duo that will truly be a delight and I will be singing a tune with them, too!
About the Duo:
A gentle giant in the contemporary jazz scene, Hristo Vitchev was voted by Downbeat Magazine as a "Rising Star on the Guitar." Hristo's music has been captivating audiences all across the globe and at only age 37 he has already released 9 critically acclaimed albums.
Pianist Jasnam Daya Singh (aka Weber Iago) was born in in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and in the early 80s moved to the U.S. in order to pursue his interest in Jazz. The years of exploration have won him many jazz fans and a Latin Grammy-nomination for this jazz pianist and composer who performs all over the world.
Together, Hristo and Jasnam have released two duo albums "The Secrets of an Angel" and "Heartmony."
