Nichole Nordeman Concert Benefiting the Beauty for Ashes Scholarship
Journey Community Church in La Mesa, CA will host a benefit for survivors of human trafficking featuring Nichole Nordeman in a live concert and an Artisan Marketplace with vendors whose products are made by or support survivors.
The Beauty for Ashes Scholarship was launched in 2014 to provide a hopeful future for survivors of human trafficking, founded on the belief that an education at a Christian university is a critical long-term investment in the empowerment of survivors of human trafficking.
San Diego was named by the FBI as a hot spot for child sex trafficking. With an estimated 5000 victims in our community, Journey Community Church is actively pursuing being a part of the solution.
