Christopher Guzman Solo Piano Recital Saturday, May 18th at 7:30 University United Methodist Church Hosted by Austin Piano Festival
Join Us for this Exciting Solo Piano recital with internationally famous pianist Christopher Guzman.
Pianist Christopher Guzman continually performs for audiences throughout North America, Europe and Asia, while maintaining an active teaching schedule. He is a multiple prizewinner in many international competitions, including the Walter M. Naumburg Competition, the Seoul International Music Competition and the Isang Yun Competition of South Korea. Recently, Mr. Guzman garnered the grand prize (Blanche Selva) and several special prizes at the 10th Concours International de Piano d'Orléans in Orléans, France.

Held from May 11th - May 26th, 2013 in Austin, TX, the festival is three weeks of performances, competitions, masterclasses, and meet-and-greets with our world famous guest pianists!
This year's artists include: Spencer Myer, Christopher Guzman, Kris Pineda, Johan Botes, Matt McLaughlin, and Michael Schneider.

Founded in 2012, the Austin Piano Festival is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the highest quality classical artists from around the world to Austin TX audiences. Our 2013 season includes the exciting "Celebration of the Piano" series from May 11th - May 26th.
Spread over three weeks, the festival includes concerts and masterclasses with some of the finest pianists from around the country. The festival's Piano Competition is open to all students grades 7-12, and presents prizemoney awards, performance opportunities, and masterclasses with our distinguished guests!
