Everyone has heard the term "Good to Great" at some time during their career. What exactly does it mean? Sometimes, it's used by company and organization leaders to motive people, as a standard for making business decisions, or even as a stick to call people to task. How leaders use, or mis-use, this phrase is the topic of our upcoming meeting. If you've participated in our chapter project of reading Good to Great by Jim Collins, you will be well prepared (and you may have earned 12 hours of CPE). If you haven't read it, come join us and bring your interpretation of "Good to Great" in the workplace!|
