DaPonte String Quartet "What the Light Was Like" in Portland
DaPonte String Quartet: Summer Series II: "What the Light Was Like" at the Jewish Museum in Portland, featuring a major new work by one of the country's most esteemed composers, Richard Danielpour, based on a poem by Maine poet Amy Clampitt, read by different guest readers. The Portland concert features guest reader Richard Blanco, and will be preceded by a discussion at 6:45PM of the new work with the composer and other guests.
