A Celebration of Colorado Artistry: Shared Visions 2
Shared Visions 2 is an interdisciplinary collaboration of Colorado artists.
In the Summer of 2018, an online gallery of works by Colorado visual artists was assembled.
Then poets from across the state viewed the gallery and used the images as a basis for writing new poetry. This poetry was assembled into an anthology.
Four Colorado composers were commissioned to use this anthology to create new music for chorus. The works will be premiered in two performances, with all the artists present, celebrating our shared visions and new horizons in artistic inspiration and expression.
