Belfast Gin
Belfast Gin blends traditional Celtic music and modern rock to form what can be considered a "Twisted Traditional" sound. The Kalamazoo, Michigan-based band is comprised of six, multi-talented musicians with a wide range of musical backgrounds whose prowess expands the idea of what Celtic music can be.
A high energy experience, Belfast Gin emphasizes searing vocals backed by flute and tin whistle, electric and acoustic guitars, as well as a pocketed rhythm section of bass and kit drum. Accentuated by bagpipes, the band delivers a fun and entertaining performance that is sure to make any audience jig.
