Learn to play or get better at playing djembe, the drum inspired by West African culture! Well play rhythms from around the world as well as from our own indigenous selves in joyful community! Rent a drum for $5 (let me know at judypiazza@gmail.com), or bring your own.
4:00-5:00 pm, COMMUNITY COUNCIL
Sit in circle, speak from our hearts, listen to others stories in a community of shared human experience and non-judgmental witnessing. Well pick a theme current for our times and our group!
$18 Drum Workshop & Council pre-registered; $22 at the door
$10 suggested donation for Council ... just come!
