During the mid-90s, pro wrestling was filled with "Attitude". Leading that movement was a renegade promotion based out of Philadelphia that took things to the extreme. Extreme Championship Wrestling carved out a niche and a faithful hardcore following that is still loyal to this day, many years after the promotion closed its doors. One of the top stars in ECW was the brash and beautiful Francine. She is best known for her work alongside ECW World Champion, "The Franchise" Shane Douglas and his Triple Threat faction as their "Head Cheerleader". Long before inter-gender wrestling was all the rage, Francine was not afraid to mix it up inside the ring with the men to ensure that her proteges came out on top. Her many memorable physical encounters helped earn her the nickname "The Queen of Extreme". She was a true trailblazer and pioneer that helped pave the way creating many of the opportunities that women have in the industry today.
