SNAPSHOTS was written and produced by Des Moines native Jan Miller Corran. Starring three time Oscar nominee and Emmy award winning Piper Laurie, Brooke Adams, Emily Baldoni, Brett Dier, Max Adler, Emily Goss, Shannon Collis, and Cathy Debuono, SNAPSHOTS was directed by Melanie Mayron (Thirtysomething, Jane the Virgin, more).
A story of three generations who come together for a long weekend at Gran's lake home. With the discovery of an old roll of 50 year old film, secrets are revealed. It is a story of love lost, love found and love betrayed aet against the lush backdrop of Table Rock Lake with midwest and Des Moines references.
SNAPSHOTS has received 12 awards including the LA Film Award for Best Film, Best Actress Award for Shannon Collis; Winner of Miami Independent Film Festival Best Feature Film; IFS Film Festival Best Actress Piper Laurie and Best Supporting Actress Emily Goss, Accolade Competion Best Film, Best Ensemble cast, and more.
