Jennifer Blaine, with TJeXpression opening
Jennifer Blaine has been performing her original one-woman shows, recording voice-overs, and acting in classic and contemporary plays since the early 1990's.
She has opened for George Carlin and performed with Chris Rock, and Joe Piscopo.
Blaine was featured on ABC's Philly After Midnight: Women Comedians and on CBS news.
Recently she completed her first dramatic work for an ensemble, ON THE INSIDE, which is about a theatre artist leading a group of maximum security inmates to create their own play.
Jennifer specializes in comedy that delves into serious and socially relevant issues and provides audiences with the opportunity to unite in laughter.
TJeXpression is an original music trio that blends groove-based musical genres (e.g., soul, r&b, funk, etc.) with Middle Eastern sounds and textures, creating a unique 'world groove' musical experience. This unique instrumentation includes dumbek (Egyptian hand drum), bass guitar, acoustic guitar, and vocals.
