Cosmic Railroad - Railroad to Shelter
Harborside 7th - 8th grade students are promoting and hosting a concert along with Happenings Magazine to raise awareness of our Kenosha Homeless Crisis and to raise money for the CUSH (Congregations to Serve Humanity) and "Grace Welcome Center"
Visit the student created poster gallery informing the public of the crisis. Also Students have created "Kenosha Greats", a professional quality 2018-2019 calendar that will be for
sale. Plus there will be concessions & a bake sale.
The Grace Welcome Center is warm place that provides hearty meals (breakfast and lunch) for our homeless each and every Friday. The Welcome Center is a response to the sudden closing of First Step, a low barrier shelter, that served our Homeless for 14 years
