Product Of My Environment Short Film Premiere

The story of Reiko Brown a woman growing up in Brooklyn and Queens NY is inspiring. How much can one person go through before they give up on life.

This young lady with a very difficult past is reaching out to children, and adults around the world to help them turn their lives around.

She wrote the book Product Of My Environment From Me To You to give you a very detailed insight about her life, drugs, crime, abuse and more. The book inspired a song, and this short film.

The pain is evident in her book, and in this short film. How do you keep on living when everything seems to go wrong in your life, when your relationships end in disaster, when the deaths of your friends are blamed on you. What do you do when you are considered bad luck. What do you do when the world around you seems to collapse and you can't stop it. Is drugs the answer, what about lashing out with violence or alcohol.

Born on Friday, March 13, 1959 seems to be an omen. Is she the devil's child or is there good there, can a life that starts out with pain turn to a life worth saving. She has gone through so much that it is difficult for anyone to not find something in her story that they can't identify with.
