Chanting is Medicine Workshop:

In this 3-hour experiential workshop, well journey into the world of mantra to invoke joy, awareness and inner peace. Through music and the power of our own voice, well use the sacred sound current (Naad) to reach our highest selves. Well begin with a short Kundalini Yoga kriya to prepare us for clearing whatever it is we no longer need. Well then chant from our hearts to experience a state of bliss, and tap into truth.

About Sarah:

Before becoming a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Sarah was a highschool and junior high school teacher in England and Canada for over a decade. She now leads womens wilderness trips and continues her love of education: She loves to teach. She loves to perform.Sarah did her Level One Kundalini Yoga certification in 2006 in New Mexico through 3HO/Kundalini Research Institute which is recognized by the Yoga Alliance. She has since taken two Level Two modules to continue expanding her knowledge and awareness. She has continued to foster her interest in various Buddhist meditation practices, as well as practicing many other
meditation techniques. She lived in India where she taught Kundalini Yoga, Dance, studied Buddhism, Ayurvedic traditions, and advanced Pranayama.She has been dancing since she could walk and has studied and practiced Gabrielle Roths 5Rhythms practice for many years, embracing dance as medicine.An accomplished musician, she also produced and recorded four CDs entitled, Love and Light, which features Kundalini Yoga mantras, OtherSide which features original music, and Masala: Memories and Melodies which is a compilation of 11 original songs and their accompanying short stories/memoirs behind the songs. She is releasing a new CD this May called, Aquarian Sadhana.
