Absolutely Legless at AMC @ UCC
With its full show of traditional Irish music, song and dance, Absolutely Legless the Edinburgh-based traditional Irish dance group has developed an international reputation for exciting, innovative performances. Inspired by the Irish hard and soft shoe traditions, the troupe perform original dances in a relaxed and informal manner while remaining faithful to their roots. The dancers combine the grace of the soft shoes with the rhythmic precision of the hard shoes giving a truly exhilarating experience. This is reflected in the live music which seamlessly weaves the evocative melodies with driving rhythms of Irish dance music.
