Bassist Bob Nieske has brought together a remarkable quartet for is show, featuring Phil Grenadier on trumpet, Randy Roos on guitar and Jon Hazilla on the drums. Bob says we can expect to hear pieces by himself, Jimmy Giuffre, Bud Powell, Ornette Coleman, Duke Ellington and some collective pieces by the band.
