Jazz Proclamation, featuring Cécile Nordegg|No-Ce & Band, proclaims the diversity of jazz! This international quartet brings very personal interpretations and "...new life to songs by legends such as Jacques Brel, Édith Piaf" (Le Dauphiné, August 2017) and even Frank Zappa plus self-penned originals.
