Eighth Annual 4-Day Festival Collaborates with UCLA Philharmonia, People Inside Electronics (PIE), and the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra.
Includes orchestral, electroacoustic, and chamber concerts with 26 works by Los Angeles area composers.
