The Wild and Scenic Film Festival is returning to Maynard!
OARS will host a selection of 2018 award-winning films from the nation's largest environmental film festival. Join us at the Maynard Fine Arts Theatre Place on March 28th beginning at 7 pm (doors open at 6 pm).
With the theme GROUNDSWELL, these engaging films inspire activism and transport audiences to the farthest reaches of the globe. Enjoy fabulous film making, gorgeous cinematography, and wonderful storytelling during an evening that offers films about nature, communities, wildlife, agriculture, environmental justice, and indigenous cultures.
There's something for everyone in these delightful and informative films.
Tickets are $15 for the screening or $30 Introductory Membership (new members)+ticket.
Advance purchase recommended. Includes door prizes. Wine and beer will be sold.
