Edges & Dreams Presents Pops on Ice
Edges & Dreams presents, "Pops on Ice." Pops on Ice is the creative endevour of Stephen Chasman and Linda Bolander. Stephen and Linda have put together an elevated ice show experience that takes the audience on a musical and athletic journey, going beyond traditional ice shows. This presentation marks the inaugural performance and is the the first of many to be presented in the Denver area. The show will feature performances from elite and up-and-coming figure skaters.
This year's show theme is "Rock Through The Ages." Skaters will perform choreography to live music such as "Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin, "Smooth Criminal" by Michael Jackson and "Uprising" by Muse.
Special Performances By: Ben Jalovick & Jordan Moeller Ben is 23 years of age, is an elite competitive figure skater who trains in Monument, Colorado (Colorado Sports Center) under the direction of Olympic coaches Kori Ade and Rohene Ward. Ben has competed at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships for three years and is ranked amongst the top twenty in the nation at the Senior level. His dream is to one day compete for Team USA in the Winter Olympics.
Jordan is a 2018 Senior Mens National Competitor and the 2017 International Challenge Cup Silver medalist. He finished in the top 10 at the 2014 World Junior Championships.
About The Creators: Edges & Dreams is Denver's premier figure skating store. It was established in 2011 and is a "figure skater's one stop shop." E&D offers skate services like blade sharpening and products needed for all levels of figure skating. Stephen Chasman and his wife, Chelsea, also coach figure skating at the Edge Ice Arena in Littleton Colorado.
Linda Bolander is the director and founder of Intermezzo Academy of Music. Intermezzo is a 501(c)(3) that provides music education in north Denver and northern suburbsboth ensemble and private lessonsregardless of financial status. The Academy offers opportunities for undergrad music students to teach ensembles and private lessons. Intermezzo fills the gap left by cancelled music programs in public schools and support existing programs. Intermezzo is a safety-net for at-risk youth. Intermezzo works to increase creativity, confidence, self-accountability, and team-building skills for each student.

Parking for venue is designating in lot the CU Boulder Campus in lot 169.
****Please be advised the venue is an ice arena and is subject to cold temperatures. Please dress appropriately. Jackets, gloves and warm shoes are encouraged.******
Infants and Children Boulder fire regulations require everyone, regardless of age, to have a ticket in order to enter the auditorium. Please use your discretion about whether your child will enjoy the performance without disruption.

-Patrons expressly grant Pop's On Ice and its licensees the use of the Patron's image or likeness in connection with aniline or recorded transmission or reproduction of this event.
