Tim Thompson in Concert!
Tim Thompson is a Nashville-based fingerstyle jazz guitarist and singer/songwriter. He is the 2nd Place Winner of the prestigious 2007 International Fingerstyle Guitar Competition at The Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, Kansas. Thompson is a much sought after session player and producer with numerous film and television credits. He is a popular and entertaining performer who is often seen playing at the famous Bluebird Cafe. He's been featured several times in Fingerstyle Guitar Magazine and Wood & Steel. Thompson tours with his 14 year old son, Myles, who he homeschools. Myles is a talented fiddle player who accompanies his father on a few select tunes.
