The Shadow Council is Seattles most dangerous unsanctioned legislative body. Its a satirical forum hosted by Brett Hamil (of The Seattle Process). Expert Witnesses present findings on topics both local and national, and the Council submits proposed legislation, public comment, questions and complaints into the Democracy Bucket™. Participants in this council meeting are TBA!
