Gracey Lane Farm Presents - "The Beauty in Things" - Ignite Your Senses
EVENT EXPERIENCE
You will not want to miss this one-night only event. Be ready to be wined, dined and entertained throughout the evening. Meticulous care has been taken to ensure you do not go home hungry, thirsty or empty handed! We invite you to join us as we launch our venue and FUNdraise like crazy for the recent victims of the Lilac Fire.
OUT OF THE ASHES FUND
Gracey Lane Farm, like many members of our North San Diego community, has been moved to help the recent victims of the Lilac Fires. We have partnered with The Fallbrook Chamber of Commerceand The Community Foundation ("Legacy Endowment")to establish the"Out of the Ashes" Fund. This fund has been created specifically to bring relief directly individuals most in need from the Lilac Fires. A percentage of ALL proceeds from Gracey Lane's "The Beauty in Things" event will be donated to the "Out of the Ashes" fund.
JEANNIE JEFFRIES FEATURED ARTIST

Artist Jeannie Jeffries has travelled the globe working in the world of beauty for internationally recognized fashion and sports publications. Gracey Lane Farm commissioned Ms. Jeffries to create individual pieces for the silent art auction. The art inspiration for this event comes from: colors and elements of the farm, the affects of the Lilac fire, and the jazz musicians. Do not miss Ms. Jeffries inner beauty unveil as she reveals her artistic passion using acrylic and resin on canvas.
ELECTRO SYNDICATE ELECTIC - FEATURED MUSICIANS
Professional Jazz Artists, Los Angeles CA
Get ready for an energizing musical experience with Electro Syndicate Electic (ESE). ESE is an underground group of amazingly talented, professionally trained and award winning artists. Together they deliver a dynamic range of musical style. Founding member Pfelton Sutton will lead the band on drums, instrumentalist Gabriel Majou on Violin, Randall Fisher on Tenor, and Miss Maggie Beltran joins the band for the evening as guest DJ.
MARA PAPATHEODOROU MASTER FOODIE
Resident Taste & Traditions Expert
Tastes & Traditions Expert and Master Foodie are the best titles for Mara Papatheodorou, although entertainer extraordinaire, culinary expert, culinary consultant, storyteller and author are also fitting. After spending 10 years in London, Mara made her way back to the states and spent the next 12 years at Bon Appétit, where she educated readers on entertaining with style. Trained as a chef, Mara made the choice to be a storyteller of food, culture and entertaining. An esteemed member of Les Dames dEscoffier and the International Association of Culinary Professionals, she continues to make her mark on the industry. Resident Chef, Culinary Design & Creation
Executive Chef, Marissa Gerlachs winning approach to cuisine has developed through commitment and determination as she cooked her way up and through celebrated award winning restaurants in Sonoma and Napa. She has worked at Cyrus alongside Chef Douglas Keane, named one of the top 10 chefs of Food and Wine Magazine, 2010 and later at The Restaurant at Meadowood, a three stars Michelin dining room and resort. Chef Gerlach then returned to her hometown as Chef De Cuisine at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, which was named 2011 Restaurant of the Year by Rivera Magazine. More recently, Chef Gerlach was the Executive Chef the Vista Valley Country Club.
We are thrilled to have Chef Gerlach as the Resident Executive Chef for Gracey Lane Farm. Our guests now have the opportunity to benefit from Chef Gerlachs expertise and delectable creativity.

Gracey Lane is proud to partner with Scott Harvey Wines to compliment your culinary experience with award-winning wine pairings throughout the evening. Scott Harveys line of wine focuses on Scotts roots Zinfandel, Syrah and Barbera from the Sierras. Approachable, food friendly and full of luscious fruit, these wines have struck a chord in the marketplace. We are honored to have Scott Harvey and his wife Jana join us for this special event and present their wines to you in person.
SILENT AUCTION
One-of-a-kind art will canvas the halls and walls of Gracey Lane. Each piece of art has been curated by Gracey Lane Farm owner, Jen Phillips, specifically for this special event. The art for the evening is inspired by elements from the farm, the musical artists presented, the chefs culinary creations, and the affects of the Lilac Fire.

- Refunds are not available, however, you may transfer your
ticket. Please advise us of the
name change of the ticket holder 48 hours in advance of the
event.
