"Raíces" ("roots") is an ancient tale passed down from generation to generation by wise Gypsy storytellers. One such storyteller tells the tale of the "Raíces" to his own grandchildren so that they, too, can someday tell the story to their children. The story is timeless, and it has endured throughout history to give everlasting life to the journey of the Gypsies and the flamenco music that is their legacy. The story is also magical, as even the voice of just one ancient Gypsy telling the story to can be heard by any person anywhere in the world whose heart can be touched by music and dancing.
