A Taste of Cuba
NEW TIME!! 4:30 pm Author and Photographer Cynthia Carris Alonso shares the story of her new book, A Taste of Cuba. As a photographer, Cynthia visits the chefs of Cuba's best paladares (in-home restaurants), and NYC-based recipe tester Valerie Feigen helps American cooks locate comparable ingredients. In addition, the 2017 documentary Embargo by Jeri Rice will be shown followed by filmmaker Q&A.
