Are you ready to sweat your way through Iowa City as you dominate 4 back-to-back workouts at your favorite fitness studios and Big Grove Brewery?
Join us and other fitness enthusiasts for the Big Grove Sweat Crawl! Big Grove wants to help you stick to your New Years fitness goals and offer a fun, easy way to try out some new ways to stay fit!
Party starts at Big Grove at 10am, well provide free transportation (we've got a bus!) to all of the fitness studios and then well end up back at Big Grove for yoga and fuel at 2:45pm.
Everyone will get a swag bags that contain lots of goodies from all our sponsors, over a $80 value. Swag bags includes:
