Force of Nature - Celebrating the Earth
Continuing our fifth anniversary season, Melodia Women's Choir will perform a program of works celebrating the natural world, on Saturday May 3 at 8PM and Sunday May 4 at 4PM, at St. Luke in the Fields, West Village, NYC. Featuring, Earthsongs, by Ronald Perera, Wellspring (US premiere) and Contemplations (New York premiere) by Hilary Tann, and works by Zhou Long, Samuel Barber, Zoltan Kodaly, Yehezkel Braun, Gordon Jacob, and Ro Ogura. A special ticket price of $15 in advance and $20 at the door is available for seniors (65+) and students (with ID).
