Thriller
Anselm Rossberg, a former Auschwitz guard, lives with his daughter Maria in their secluded family mansion. Lena, claiming her car has broken down, appears on the mansions doorstep seeking assistance. The disabled car is a ruse; Lena is pursuing Rossberg. While the pursued and his daughter deny his past, Lena is determined to obtain a confessionand is confronted with a moral dilemma she never anticipated in this tense, atmospheric film.
