Elia, an out of shape Jewish psychoanalyst, lives next door to his wife from whom he is separated. Separated or not, she still does Elias laundry. Elias doctor tells him he needs to get in shape; he joins a gym where he meets Claudia, a wacky personal trainer who attracts attentionand chaos. Let Yourself Go follows the adventures of the two, Elias wife and her boyfriend, Claudias uncontrollable son and her psycho prisoner boyfriend in this screwball Italian comedy.
