Mystic Gospel 2018
The Mystic Chorale, one of Greater Boston's favorite community choruses, presents its annual Gospel concert. Led by Jonathan Singleton, award winning gospel director, the 250 voice strong chorale and 5-piece band will sing two joyful and spirit filled performances featuring eclectic music rooted in the African American gospel tradition. The stirring program includes the moving God Bless the Child; the Zulu Avulekile Amasango; the foot-stomping Old Landmark from Aretha Franklins Amazing Grace album, and songs by other great gospel musicians such as Richard Smallwood, Kirk Franklin and the Soweto Gospel Choir!
The program will carry a message of love and hope. A lift to your spirits is guaranteed!
