Dancehall deejay [Tanto Metro},{Mark Wolf} and singer Devonte
{Wayne Passley } forged a long-term alliance in the late 90's
Before the Kingston,Jamaica natives became a duo, Devonte likewise had shocking vibes , also had a gang of singles .
Together the duo scored a major hit in 1997 with [With Everyone Falls in Love], which preceded an album of the same title released two years later.
