Ursa Ensemble at The Musical Offering
The Chicago-based Ursa Ensembles mission is to present unexpected and engaging chamber music concerts that are designed to improve the audience listening experience, energize local arts communities and cultivate new audiences.
Ursa is planning a program featuring Stravinsky's Soldier Tale Suite for violin clarinet and piano, Beethoven's eyeglasses duet, and a work commissioned from Jordan Jenkins.
Among the members of the Ursa Ensemble is the MO's own cello instructor, Veronica Nettles Kolegas.
